Biography

In a scene known for gimmicks, fashions and trends - Cambridge's 'As We Climb' let their songs do the talking.

"We all grew up listening to rock and punk, but I think we secretly had this pop sensibility inside as well. With this band, it's a chance to use all those elements and write the kind of songs that we'd want to hear"

Debut single ‘Stagger to my Feet’, showcased their knack for writing catchy, well-crafted songs. The single and accompanying video got the band their first taste of national TV and radio and sets the stage for more releases in 2011. Armed with brand-new tracks recorded with producer Matt O'Grady (You me At Six, Deaf Havana) and mixed by John Mitchell (You Me At Six, The Blackout), As We Climb are set for an exciting year.

You can catch As We Climb on tour across the UK in 2011. If previous dates in 2010 (with the likes of Young Guns, Deaf Havana, Madina Lake and Mayday Parade) are anything to go by, you'll be in for a treat!
