    'away from nothing' is Ryan Cruse Auker-vocals/guitar Andy Ahlberg-Bass and Zach Kruk-drums. Rock,indie,alternative, whatever you want to call it, this band comes to bring people heart felt music that will no doubt get stuck in your head. Hailing from Fort Collins, Colorado the band has been playing together since 2004. Micheal Gorham/drums, answered a flyer at the local drum shop in 2005 and away from nothing completed their long awaited EP 'So Far' at the Blasting Room studios in 2006/2007. At the end of 2008 drummer, Michael stepped out of playing with the band. In 2009 drummer Zach Kruk joined the band with his high energy and intense drumming to help further the progression of the music that is 'away from nothing'.................

    We are playing Friday April 13th at 7:45p.m. for the Fort Collins Music Experiment. 20+ venues 300+ bands.  One ticket will get you in all the venues both Friday and Saturday the 13th and 14th.  Go to focoma.org to get tickets starting March 1st.  Discounted tickets for early purchasers.  Hope many and all can make this great event.
