  • Bio

After producing his first album at age 16, Britton Wetherald (aka British Knights) has worked professionally as a producer and sound engineer for almost 10 years, spanning music genres and styles. He studied production at Full Sail University in Florida and honed his craft in LA under the tutelege of Norman Whitefield. He worked with Rico Lumpkins (TLC,Outkast, etc) and Machine Drum. Playing in bands that range from heavy psych jams to party-garage thrash. In 2005 he arrived in the Windy City and began djing and creating remixes for the underground music scene, hoping to contribute to and evolve the style of Chicago's legendary dance scene. From downtown Saturday night residencies to Wicker Park clubs and underground loft events, British Knights teams up with djs like Flosstradamus, Willy Joy, Rampage (Ghetto Division),Million$$ Mano,Naledge, Huggies Supreme and New York's Cobra Krames to put on epic dance parties. His number one goal - "to make girls get low." He currently can be found working with nightlife promoters KDM as well as finishing his own E.P old english for neon. He can also be heard on the official remix for Cobra Krames latest single "Sick Wit It". Check Out his Latest Release "The 80's Weren't Good To You," a remix tribute to classic punk. http://soundcloud.com/britishknights/the-80s-werent-good-to-you Check out the the shout outs on these Link; http://www.saintwoods.com/?p=3985&cat=3 (read less) Download the Mixtape! http://www.zshare.net/audio/584129979676dd24/
