FORCE 5 RECORDS is an indie label that has been around since 2003. The label was created to push SORE's first release, "Source of Raw Energy" and to support the band on the road. Over the year's the label has had much success placing SORE on movie soundtracks, a video game, TV shows like ESPN's X Games and getting them gigs with many bigger national bands on the road.

In 2008, FORCE 5 RECORDS put out new releases by the hardcore band 40 OZ FIST & The DRP (lead singer for PRIMER 55). The DRP's album, "Underground Kills Corporate" features guest artists such as Jared of HEDPE, POTLUCK, MARS, RA THE RUGGED MAN, Powerdise of CRITICAL BILL, and more!

The year is now 2009 and FORCE 5 RECORDS has a slew of upcoming releases set to come out in the near future. A split EP by 40 OZ FIST and THE DRP including a track together, and a small tour to follow to promote that release. Also, a new SORE album in the works? The Spade County Massacre movie soundtrack, and a few others.

In addition, FORCE 5 RECORDS also brings talent to the midwest. We have been responsible for bringing Tech N9ne to Milwaukee at the Rave, RA the Rugged Man, MARS, Critical Bill, The Milwaukee Metalfest 2008 with Vader and The Black Dahlia Murder, The Milwaukee County Massacre Horror Movie Convention and many other festivals and artists. Next up is the REP THE UNDERGROUND TOUR with THE DRP and artists on the tour such as KING GORDY, ANYBODY KILLA, GREWSUM, PROJECT BORN, J RENO, and more!
