    art, writing, finding the odd things and getting off the beaten path sometimes. thrift stores and just getting the hell outside sometimes, and yard-sales are cool. I love my beer and am a smoker BUT I can not stand to be around a drunk and I don't readily care for bars either. The single scenes SUCK, and I am secure at being alone. I like sunrise, late night and early mornings when you can hear theearth breathe.

    LED ZEPPELIN is the best there was and is, but Stairway to Heaven is my least favorite. there are just so many that are cloe seconds that it would be hard to say so here some: Fleetwood Mac, Rolling Stones, Steve Miller, and all SOUTHERN ROCK IS JAM. U-2, Alanis Morrissete, SHERYL CROW, Madonna, and even Slipknot and Nickelback If it rocks I like it. KID ROCK iI even like abunch of the oldies like all of THE RAT PACK and PATSY CLINE!

    I like fantasy books such as the hobbits trilogy, drragon wing series, the seeker of truth series by terry goodkind i also like historical books the dictionary is among my favorites(you know they have drastically changed over the years and some of them have a sense of humor all their own too) poetry- older ones are usually the best ones and of course the HOLY BIBLE as you can always find something new in it; even where you have looked before!

About me:

I grew up in Greenville N.C., but now reside in Camden 27921 in a little place called Treasure Point. I stay on the river and have a wonderful view that opens to endless water. This is where I love living and wouldn't want to live my life anywhere else. I live only with my little dog and could think of no better way most of the time. For the most part my work life has been centered around various constuction trades with light management duties, but I would much rather be doing other things where employment is concerned. Who wouldn't most of the time; right? For now my only occupation is ANY work, which has been extremely sparse of late. Go figure with the economy we live in today. I would much rather be writing, but remember the word EDUCATION and stay in scool kids. Life ain't worth a good shit without a good piece of paper to wipe the truth off of some things!!!

Who I'd like to meet:

Someone who really gives a shit! NO BUT seriously it would be nice to meet some real people who care about more than themselves in this narcissistic computer age with all the "instant-me" stuff around today. Well, if you understand what I mean, then that probably means someone like you. I just want to have some fun and make some kind of positive difference in the world around us which we will one day be leaving to our children, or in my case child. I have 1 grown daughter, but I feel a heavy responsibility for all the children of our time because they truly are the future. NO WORLD, NO FUTURE!!!
