At the age of 5 I started learning piano and began dancing with Pam Chater School of Dance, up to the age of 14, I began my singing career when I was 19, because someone heard me singing on my doorstep and needed a session singer for a rock band in Litchfield. This lead to me recording lead and backing vocals After a short hiatus I became the lead singer for Urban Vibe. Urban Vibe gained a dedicated following Urban Vibe decided to call it a day which led to me going solo. My solo career started by me teaming up with Diehard Media Records and creating my debut CD Unconditional. This project found me singing with talents like Myron and Jarrard. Two Hearts the first single featured Myron. This track was picked up by several compilations. As of October 2010 I am now signed to http://nuvyberecords.com/ JULIETTE U Turn has been a big thing for me. . . I realised there were people out there with the same mind set as me. Godfrey (DJ Niceness aka Neo2soul) has been on the scene for many years, as a friend but also having a good old chat about all things music whilst all the time doing his own thing for music within the community and helping the youngsters coming into the music scene. When Godfrey told me about Herb Middleton's U Turn Project I was of course thrilled to be considered and then be a part of it. Herb is an amazing producer, a man of faith and with all the experience of the industry behind him. Godfrey and Herb appeared to not only be singing from the same hymn sheet as me musically, but they also had a passion for unsigned music and had all the same ideas about the power and energy behind music, that music is a God given gift, and that positive music should be being fed to the listeners and not the negativity we are being force fed. I was happy that I had found a group of people with the kind of respect for the art form of music that I have always had. U Turn is a movement that I am more than thrilled to be part of, and meeting the other Artists has been a real blessing and inspiration! A group of artists that love a good melody, peace love and harmony, the way the world should be U Turn!
