I am currently playing with possibly one of the best guitarist of our time! NO JOKE!
He works as hard as me, maybe harder, he's definitely just as neurotic about it
and I gotta say, I am REALLY TIRED OF CARRYING ALL OF THE WEIGHT!
I am a songwriter, I am a musician, i can do the biz too but at a certain point it'd be nice to
share the load moving in the same cohesive direction you know!?
So Nick Vivid and I have decided to join forces, you can still buy my records, as well as his, we will still play my songs but we are going to incorporate Nick's songs, riffs and style into mine like a southern boogie pop rock vibe....
we are boggling our minds for a new band name so if any of you would like to give us suggestions, we are open....
The band consists of Nick Vivid, Nate Smith and Me. We are all fire signs and we all work well together and very hard at it as we are damn good at what we do!
If you live in NYC come out to the ANNEX show, it's going to be one of the last of my solo shows (new pros) ever.... the absolute last will be November 13, 2008.... but fret not my friends and family, there is greater promise in moving ahead... it's like going out and buying new clothes and throwing all your old ones away.... not the songs, just the name and the
solo-ish vibe of the past.
I know you are going to love it as much as I do, Nick does and Nate does....
We have met our matches and it feels fucken great!!!!!!
If I personally spent all my time looking back at what was I would have never met these guys or given them half a chance to prove to me that what we can create together is much more than I could do alone. Don't worry, I am still writing and none of that will change...
I just get to finally have people working with me as hard as I work and as passionately as I am about music and forging through to the fruition of the massive success that I know we all deserve and have karmically coming our way!!!! And so it is and so it shall be....

Hmmn. How about "New Citizen". Sorry! Couldn't help myself. Seriously, I like the Fire Signs thing but you were in a group called Fire Gods so it can't be too close to that. Maybe "Fiery". I'll toss that in the ring. Googled and found a group called "Fiery Furnaces" but not just plain "Fiery".
