Envision Indiana, and most will see only vast farmland and cornfields. Mention South Bend, Indiana without speaking of Notre Dame, and they have no idea what you are talking about. Even harder to comprehend is Indiana's hip-hop flavor. One MC from "The Bend" is out to prove that it's not where you are from but the skills and determination you possess to make it in the rap game. MILLION (aka Endiana Jonez) has no doubt in his mind that determination will eventually bring you to your goal. The 250lb ex-fitness trainer, has been performing since he was five years old. MILLION explains, "People from church would bribe me into singing using candy and cookies." When asked why he chose rhyming over singing he responds, "I found I could express myself better through rhyming. I'm also very dramatic so my stage presence comes natural. I do incorperate some singing now though that it is more excepted in Hip Hop for rappers to sing." After hearing MILLION'S demo, an A & R rep from New York convinced him to make a move to the East Coast. He has since shared the stage with the likes of Chuck D (of Public Enemy), the Wu-Tang Clan, Canibus, Outkast, D12 and Mike Jones just to name a few. He has performed at the Urban Box Office Online Hip-Hop Awards and on The Source's Unsigned Hype Tour. These achievements opened the door for MILLION to do "The Source's Iced Down Mountain Dew Tour of '99." MILLION was featured on the title track "Block Shaker Anthem" from the "SOURCE BLOCK SHAKER 2000 TOUR" CD which featured other performers such as Def Squad, Pimp C, Too Short, Tela, and Jayo Felony. "Block Shaker Anthem" earned MILLION ASCAP's coveted 2001 New Artist Award. Other projects include a song released with London R&B sensation Amel Larrieux's label and a white label 12inch released with Talib Kweli. MILLION also made his movie debut in the 2003 released home video "Bling, Bling." In the movie he shares a two minute scene with the late "Big L." After returning back to Indiana in 2003 and taking a break to focus on his new born daughter, Million teamed up with cousin B-Phraze. The two Indiana rappers then created a huge buzz with their popular Hip Hop spoofs Ebay Bay,(Hurricane Chris) "Ruffle Bag Boy"(Lil' Wayne) and "You Can Have Whateva You Like...Sike(T.I.) Their videos have earned various honors on youtube and have been viewed over 3,000,000 times worldwide! The popularity of the videos not only earned them placement on Comcast On Demand but also landed them starring roles in the new "Hip Hop Fables" cartoon series with a budget of over $10,000,000 dollars! The show is being produced by famed writer Jack Olesker who also created the Power Rangers, Care Bears and has written for such shows as He-Man and The Little Mermaid to name a few. Million's new singles Round-N-Round, "Hit The Flo'" and "Yes Sir" are also making serious noise. When asked what he is trying to bring to the game he merely states, "I want people to associate Indiana with MILLION, not MILLION with Indiana." ..
