So you work hard, play shows, write songs, record and wait and wait....
And then, one morning you wake up to learn that your new album just ranked NUMBER 7 in the Top 10 Blues Albums category of a local radio show. WOW!!!! Life is good.
Tom Harrison, well-respected music reviewer from "The Province" newspaper (Vancouver, Canada) just picked our album, "Standing in a Room" as CD of the week -- "This is a feast of easygoing blues and soul."
RAREARTH JAZZ & BLUES FEST was mindblowing. The stage . . . sound system . . . and audience were all HUGE. . . . and the band was booked into "Predator Ridge" a 5-star, first class hotel and golf course -- where we stayed in a brand new cottage on the 18th hole with views to kill for... no shit. We had to keep pinching ourselves! It was an awesomely wild weekend and we wish that kind of thing happened at every gig.
