    Mass Pro and Laf Legend are two hip hop producers native to Jacksonville, FL who formed The Prolegend Movement in 1999. Laf Legend's younger brother Lankdizzim and his best friend J.Co joined shortly thereafter and the rest was history. The 2003 ground-breaking debut release Revolution Revalationz was well received on the underground market. Its a down south classic that encompasses all aspects of Hip Hop, which features many Jacksonville artists. Along with producing their own music Prolegend has also produced for numerous local Jacksonville artists. They have honed their sounds from the gritty Duval county streets as well as from influences deeply rooted in the southern tradition of soul, funk, blues, jazz, and gospel.
