well it doesnt matter what race you are. if you grow up in a community where drugs, violence, prostitution and other things, you will more than likely go into the same thing so that you can be accepted or just to get by in the world. thats just fact.

It isn't racism to state that more blacks break the law than whites. For one thing, a lot of black people grow up in conditions that are harsh, and they are raised to be tough, and not take shit from anyone. They may be more violent this way.

wow! In my opinion i think that they should put all of the prisoners work 4 their food n make them do a lot of community work. they should add a farm make them work n grow there food they need 2 do something b/c it is costing us a lot.

How about harsher punishments? Then maybe we won't have repeat offenders? What's the use of a repeat offender in this society anyways? Get rid of them. Oh, and I LOVE how they non-chalantly through the race card thing in there.
